Triniti is a beautiful space with great talent! I’ve wanted to get pink balayage for a while, but was nervous because I have black hair and didn’t want to damage it any more than necessary. I needed a pro, and Triniti delivered. Katt (a master stylist) did an AMAZING job on my hair – I’m obsessed!!! Katt was talented, kind, and so knowledgeable about her craft. Update: wanted to share my most recent experience at trinti Salon with Ashley. She was professional and heard everything i asked for and needed. My haircut was exactly what i wanted. The entire trinti experience was exceptional and i would highly recommend Ashley as a person who will meet your most urgent hairstyling needs. Thankyou ashley and the Triniti team.

Krissy is an exceptional and professional hair stylist. She listens well and understands what is needed to have hair goals met and exceeded. As a new staff member, Krissy is friendly, competent and knows how to have one relax through out an entire hair care experience. Thank you Krissy and to Laurinda her  mom and front desk manager an additional shout out. It's so nice to be taken care of with knowledge and competence, kindness and a sense of humor. Triniti Spa is a lovely, relaxing experience. All of the staff were friendly. The owner was very sweet as well.  The hair washing experience was so calming and felt great. Erin was very attentive and asked lots of questions throughout the whole process making sure she understood what I wanted and my expectations.  She took her time and did a great job!  Love the highlights and low lights, the cut great.  She listens to your concerns provides recommendations and makes sure you’re comfortable.

Kelly worked with Erin and she was fun , gave informative information on some products and offered samples to take home to try.

No one was pushy about buying products but helpful to make sure you’re successful when you get home. Last thing you want is to get home and unable to create the style you were excited about at the salon.

The salon is very cute and offers unique items for purchase not only for your hair but accessories and fun items.

Wow! What an incredible experience!! I don't usually write reviews, but I was so impressed I felt the need to.  My first time here for a touchup color because I was tired of driving 45 minutes outside of Raleigh. When I first arrived, they checked me in and gave me a tour of the salon. They have a lovely spa like room where you sit to process your color (dim lights and soft music) as well as wash your hair.  Erin was my colorist and was super nice and spent the time to talk to me about what I wanted and did a great job! I was offered a glass is wine while my color was processing and got a wonderful scalp massage as part of my shampoo.  Before she washed my hair I was offered a chest compress (like a weighted blanket but much smaller) and an eye mask that you can get warm or cool! Had a great haircut by Julian! He gave me exactly what I asked for, styled it so nicely, and was just great to be around. I love the separate wash station that they keep quiet and calm. Julian did such a great job with my haircut. He listened to what I was wanting and did exactly that - medium length, long layers, angling in the front, and generally more style! I typically get haircuts once a year but will certainly be back more frequently now that he has restored my confidence in haircuts. They know how to treat their customers and ensure that they feel heard and taken care of. I can't say enough good things about this salon. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and offered a beverage. The kind lady at the front desk gave me a tour of the salon and made me feel safe and comfortable. My appointment was with Erin. I chose this salon because of their collaboration with Wigs for Kids. I was so impressed by Erin and he attention to detail when it came to measuring my hair and making sure everything was the way I wanted it. A great experience. Our daughter's first haircut appointment was cancelled the day of the appointment at Alter Ego in Raleigh. We're so thankful that it was! We were able to schedule an appointment online with Katt at Triniti Salon two days later. We fell in love with this salon as soon as we stepped in the door. We were warmly and genuinely greeted by the staff. The salon is so beautiful with a calming ambiance and chic aesthetic. 

This was our daughters first time at a salon and we could not have asked for a better stylist to share this experience with! Katt is an absolutely amazing stylist with a beautiful soul. My daughter and I had such a memorable time with Katt, that I'm sure we'll talk about it years from now. We're so grateful for her skills!

This salon's eco-consciousness is next level, yet so simple. For example: The clippings from haircuts are swept up and shipped off to be recycled into oil absorbing mats for oil spills! Just..Wow! If that doesn't do it for you, maybe the 20% discount from their refill program will do it for you!
